Josien Leyer

Josien studied Theatre Science and Cultural Studies and later completed several marketing coaching courses, including Nima C.

She began her career in marketing and later transitioning to recruitment and headhunting, working with amongst others, YER. Josien fits in well in recruiting marketing (C level) and board and management positions within family owned companies, start-ups and scale ups and financials. Her focus is also bringing diversity and inclusiveness within Brightlinck’s portfolio. Josien is sincerely interested in people, she always focuses on what drives people and their ambition and growth. Martijn Wigmans

After his HES studies (Academy for Economic Studies) Martijn set up and led business units within various international companies as a managing partner. With his experience, he focuses on trade, industry (maritime and offshore) and financial (Private Equity) services. Martijn is a relationship-driven person, bringing people together and sharing knowledge, ensuring that decisions in search processes are based on full- and correctly interpreted information, which is required for successful matches.

Tijn van den Steenhoven

After graduating his history studies, Tijn has worked in various financial positions at Delta Loyd and ING. Subsequently he changed over to YER, where he was employed in several management positions in the recruitment profession. In recent years, he focused on board and management positions in midsized companies and larger corporations. Tijn fits well in the executive search business. Daan Gunning

After his technical business studies, Daan worked in management positions in capital goods (MAN Roland), logistics (TNT Express) and founded an international trading company. With his background he focuses on process and project industry & technology, logistics and private equity participations. Daan has a keen eye for the critical success factors of people in companies. Insight and decisiveness characterize Daan. His approach is dynamic, inventive and decisive. He is driven by entrepreneurship and being a head-hunter since 2001 he has built up an extensive network in the industry.

Martijn de Kruijff

After completing a Master’s degree in Economic History at Leiden University with a specialization in wage policy, Martijn has been active in recruitment and executive search since 2008. During his 14-year tenure at YER, he built an impressive track record within the software industry. As a Business Unit Manager, he established long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Today, he focuses on recruiting for management, executive, and architectural roles within the high-tech and IT sectors. Martijn is a firm believer in specialization: by maintaining a sharp focus on both sector and job level, he is able to create sustainable matches that offer maximum added value for all parties involved.
